Working with Deborah has been a real pleasure. She helped us furnish our living room and family room, choose carpeting and paint colors for other rooms in the house. In our initial meeting, Deborah quickly gained a sense of what my husband and I like, and what general vision we had for our living space. She then presented us with several options for furniture and fabrics we were considering. She was able to understand the many considerations in making a choice: appearance, durability, price, and how a piece would be used. Deborah's suggestions sometimes led us to choices we otherwise would not have considered, and we have ended up quite happy with those choices. In addition to being really pleased with the 'outcomes' in our home, we both really enjoyed working with Deborah. She is very pleasant and extremely efficient and flexible. She draws ideas and selections from many different sources - from upscale design stores to flea markets. We certainly will consult her again when we have future design projects.

Deborah has been a great find for me in every sense of the word. In addition to being a lovely person, she is a truly talented designer who has helped us with many projects. The first time we worked together I hired her to pick paint colors for the main floor of our home. All the rooms flow together and the colors needed to compliment one another. It was too great a task for me and Deborah did an amazing job. After that, I have not made a design move without her. She helped us furnish a screened in porch that we built to replace a deck and completely handled the design of our master bath renovation. I have lots of future projects I hope to begin in the near future and I hope to have Deborah involved in all of them.

When it comes to house presentation, I know what I like but can never translate that into something concrete. Deborah is so wonderful at taking what you want and turning it into something tasteful, simple and beautiful. Her sense of color is amazing (even when we would initially hesitate her choices turned out to be perfect) and she does everything you could ask -- curtains, upholstery, furniture, paint, carpet, and window shades to name a few. She has high standards for the people who work for her and they do a really beautiful job. I also really appreciated that she was willing to work within our budget and come up with many decoration ideas that in the end, cost us less than what we initially thought. My husband, who is really picky, loves everything she has done for us and even defers to her (a first!). I recommend her to all my friends! She has really helped make our house more "adult" - and I can't tell you how many compliments I get.
